Adam's Grandma and Grandpa took him to the Crystal Lake beach this past weekend.  

Looks like he enjoyed sun, surf, sand and a bomb pop too!

(almost) Summer daze

Adam got a water/sand table for his birthday and since it was in the 80's today we set it up.  Only water so far (no sand yet) but he had so much fun splashing around - and completely soaking himself.

The crew was back today to pave the street and Adam and Grandpa were out watching first thing this morning...

Adam and his mom think alike - when we woke up yesterday on his birthday we both wanted to go see the new Harry Potter exhibit at the Museum of Science and Industry...it was full of great stuff to see - Elizabeth: you'll love it!

We weren't allowed to take photos of the displays but here's a shot of the Weasley's flying car in the lobby and the Hedwig banner on the museum.  Adam also loved the trains and the 727.

Adam James is 1!!

Happy Birthday to Adam today!  We can't believe he is a year old.  We celebrated his birthday yesterday on Mother's Day - very fitting since he was born on Mother's Day last year.  All the Grandma's and Grandpa's were there and Aunt Susie too.  Boy, does he love cake!  He ate 2 train cars and had a big sugar rush.  Here's a few more pics.
