Double Trouble

Aunt Susie was kind enough to babysit Adam all afternoon so we could house hunt in Oak Park.

His second cousin Evan came over to play (along with mom Molly) and they found a common love of remote controls, cell phones and food.

Great Grandma Iwanski

Now that we're in the Chicago area Adam can visit his Great Grandma Iwanski more often....we went to visit on Sunday and had a great time - Grandma and Grandpa Iwanski and Aunt Susie were there too - Adam loved her bar in the basement!

St. Paddy's in Madtown

We drove up to Madison, WI for AJ's 1st St. Patrick's day.  

Green beer and 70 degrees - doesn't get much better than that.

AJ's Texas roots

AJ flew to Texas yesterday to meet his Great Grandma Hamilton - he also got to meet his Great Aunt Jeanie and his 2nd cousin Mackenzie.  He loved his Aunt Jeanie's house and we all had a great time visiting.  

We flew there and back in one day (welcome to flying standby AJ) - in less than 24 hours AJ flew 4 different planes (and managed to make friends on all the flights)! click here for more pictures from Amarillo

I'm 10 months old today!

On the Road Again

AJ spent the weekend at his Grandma and Grandpa Iwanski's house in Morton, IL...he had a blast.  He rode his very own singing pony, walked with his own shopping cart and showed off his voracious (yet picky) appetite.  If you'd like to see more pictures click here.

Munch madness

Adam enjoyed the 60 (!) degree weather today in Chicago and went to the Art Institute for the 1st time - he wanted to see the Edvard Munch exhibit which he really enjoyed.  

He also checked out his reflection in the 'Bean' and rode the bull outside the Chicago Cultural Center where his parents had their wedding reception (and where they recently cleaned and restored the Tiffany dome).

Making music with my friends

AJ had a big day today - poor baby got 2 shots at the doctor.  He cried just enough for Grandma to buy him a piano as a treat from Toys 'R Us afterwards.  

Later on he stopped by next door to see the biggest (and sweetest) dog he's ever seen - Rumor Dehmer.  Tanner also stopped by to say hi.

Suburban shopping experience

Sorry for the blurry cellphone pics but had to capture Adam's 1st time in a shopping cart.  AJ and Mom went to Target today - it was my 1st time driving him in a car and his 1st time riding in a shopping cart.  (I couldn't resist trying the golf cap on him)

AJ and Mom flew to Chicago while Dad and Delilah are driving...AJ braces himself in his carseat for new adventures!
